材料:白扁豆 10克,山藥 15克,薏苡仁 10克,排骨 300克。
做法:
1.白扁豆、薏苡仁洗淨,浸泡半小時;
2.山藥去皮洗淨切片;
3.排骨洗淨、用滾水燙過後洗淨瀝乾;
4.白扁豆、薏苡仁、排骨放進鍋內,加適量水;
5.先用大火煮沸,再用文火煮1小時;
6.放山藥片,再煮半小時;
7.加鹽調味即可食用。
